1. Service Agreements

All property maintenance, AC servicing, electrical, plumbing, and villa renovation works performed by Fix-code Technical Services are subject to agreed estimate approvals and terms set in individual work orders.

2. Warranties & Guarantees

Replacement spare parts and major repair works carry standard manufacturer and workmanship warranties as stated in your official invoice receipt.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule maintenance appointments with at least 2 hours advance notice without incurring cancellation fees.
